Time keeps on slippin’ into the future! It’s been years since my friend, Will, gave me a crazy Nishika N-8000 camera. This quad-lensed monster was meant to take 3-D pictures by taking the same scene from four different angles (four lenses) and then sending the film away for special processing that would merge the images and put a plastic grid over the top of the final image to show you slightly different angles based on your eye position. Of course, that special processing is practically extinct. So when I finally pulled it out and found that it has an exposed roll of film in it, I figured I’d have some fun. I developed the film like a normal roll of C-41 color film, which resulted in frames like the above. I wonder how old these images are. I need to find out from WIll who these fine folks are. The film has been through countless summers and miles and miles of hard driving in boxes so it was quite trippy to see how the colors came out. And, with the help of Photoshop, I was able to recreate just a hint of that ol’ three-dimensional magic, if only by some perceptory illusion.
More from this roll after the jump.

Some cat in North Carolina is selling his ImageTech 3Dfx 35mm Camera. Of course, who does he cite as the number one mackdaddy 3Dfx-pert? Yours truly.
Good luck with the sale, guy! I hope someone takes proper advantage of this sneakily cool film camera!
